Ardhi University has vacant positions in the Academic and Administrative cadre. Position: SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER II (1 Post)

Qualification & Experience: 
Holder of Masters Degree in the relevant field with working experience of at least three years in a similar position plus ICT skills.

Duties:
(i) Administers Regulations and Conditions of Service.
(ii) Prepares staff training and Development programs.
(iii) Deals with Human Resources planning, allocation and control.
(iv) Processes staff recruitment.
(v) Deals with promotion and remuneration schemes.
(vi) Deals with pension and terminal benefit schemes.
(vii) Collects, analyses and tabulates Human Resources statistics and records.
(viii) Conducts periodic surveys to determine the prospective manpower demands.
(ii) Checks on respective dates of confirmation of unconfirmed employees and advises heads of departments accordingly.
(iii) Manages the overall activities of a Section.
(iv) Acts as Secretary to designated Committees and ensures Implementation of resolutions.
(xi) Performs any other related duties as may be assigned by one’s reporting officer.

Remuneration: Successful candidates will be offered attractive salaries within the PGSS scale.


C: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS
1. All academic awards should be from recognized Universities and Institutions.
