Tarime Institute of Business Management (TIBM) is a newly formed private educational and training institution established in February 2013 and Registered by NACTE by Registration Number REG/BTP/036P) to offer up to ordinary diploma (NTA Level 6) in Community Development, Procurement and Supply Management, Human Resource Management and Accountancy . The Institute is primarily engaged in offering quality training in short and long term business related programmes.

TIBM is currently situated at Tarime town centre in Tarime Town council. The location of the college/Institute is supported by conducive learning environment, which is ideal for the purpose of learning, with easy accessibility in terms of public transport and other academic related facilities. Currently the institute has the following vacancy;

Human resource officer II (one post).

Reports to:    Deputy Rector - Planning, Finance and Administration

Qualifications:
Holders of a Bachelor or Master Degree in public Administration, Human Resources Management or Management from a Government recognized University/Institution

Experience:
At least three years working experience as a human resource officer at any reputable institution or other relevant organizations

Personal Attributes
i.    Person of high integrity;
ii.    Ability to plan, organize and supervise;
111. Self-motivated and ability to work efficiently and effectively even under pressure;
iv.    Ability to work with range of stakeholders;
v.    Ability to deliver accurate and high quality output

Duties and responsibilities
i.    To administer recruitment and placement
ii.    To prepare manpower training and career development prgrammes
iii.    To implement approved personnel and administration policies
iv.    To devise efficient communication systems
v.    To administer pensions, terminal benefits and other staff remuneration
vi.    To assist in reviewing schemes of service, staff regulations and organizational structure
vii.    To identify manpower needs and proper utilization of the human resources
viii.    To perform any other duty as may be assigned by his/her supervisor

Salary scale: PITGSS-10/11
