Assistant Manager – Finance & Administration

ZoomTanzania seeks a motivated and ambitious professional to take the position of Assistant Manager – Finance & Administration. Successful candidates must have excellent knowledge of MS Excel, and previous experience with QuickBooks would be a big plus but is not essential.

The ideal candidate should be a go getter; an ambitious and hard working person, trainable, eager to learn and grow, capable of working in an international environment with excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili.

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Finance & Administration

Reports to the Managing Director
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in setting & implementing Finance goals and strategies of the company.
• Prepare VAT filling timely and on regular basis
• Manage vendor payments and prepare payroll using online banking
• Prepare financial report s for the Country Manager.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts in QuickBooks.
• Managing budget/forecast of different departments within the company.
• Schedule and prepare necessary documents for annual audit done by external auditors.
• Manage and monitor company cash flow.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – CPA is a bonus.
• Hands on experience in Excel workbooks.
• Previous experience with QuickBooks will be a plus.
