The Goldfinger Group is a company involved in import, export, distribution, retail chain, and healthcare.

We are currently looking for people to work with us in the following positions;


Responsibilities include;
• Courteously and professionally receive visitors and clients and ascertain their needs and direct as appropriate
• Answer telephone calls promptly and efficiently and provide information to routine inquiries or route calls to appropriate staff
• Managing the office arrangement and cleanliness to ensure a favorable working environment
• Maintain phone system and telephone contact information
• Relay messages to the right personnel as appropriate and in a timely manner
• Serve as a source of information, maintain and distribute current leaflets and guides to the visitors and maintain high customer service attitude
• Receive and answer routine correspondences, Sort incoming mails and route them as appropriate
• Review dispatch books to confirm that mails are dispatched as and when due
• Assist in maintaining a general filing system and file all correspondence
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
• Perform all secretarial duties including up-keep of diary and appointments
• Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers as advised
• Follow up outstanding correspondences and or replies
• Requesting & maintaining adequate office supplies for the office
• Types confidential and non-confidential documents, letters, minutes, notices, bulletins, circulars, certificates and charts

Qualifications and experience;
• Minimum O-level education and training in secretarial/Front Office operations (Diploma)
• Experience working in a busy office within the private sector especially with an international organization Basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate and use a PABX phone system
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Kiswahili,
• A broad variety of front office/receptionist skills
• Be self-motivated, proactive and have a positive attitude to work requiring minimum supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills including the ability to handle a variety of assignments sometimes under pressure of deadlines.
• Be cooperative, hardworking, flexible & dependable.
• Ability to communicate effectively, instilling trust and confidence
• Pleasant, warm and outgoing personality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be of high integrity and have a sense of confidentiality
• Be willing to take on extra responsibilities in order to achieve the goals/objectives set by the organization
