Position Available : Branch Manager

- Reporting Structure (Reporting To) Managing Director and Chairman

Basic Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Individual with a good personality, team player, strong leader
• Results driven, highly energized, self motivated individual
• Very good communication skills
• 10 years relevant work experience in sales specifically in Motor Vehicles industry and/or
& Construction Equipment industry

Basic Duties & Responsibilities of Branch Manager including but not limited to the
• to be in charge, supervise and manage the day-to-day business activities of the branch
• to ensure that the branch office achieves its performance / revenue targets
• to supervise and manage the sales team to ensure they achieve sales targets
• to prepare and advise the Board of Directors on annual budgets for the different
departments in the branch office;
• to establish and implement better administration and service systems for whole branch
office including respective departments in order to enhance proficiency and productivity;
• to develop, undertake, organize and supervise marketing and promotional activities to
increase sales for the departments;
• to generally ensure the smooth running (administration) of the new branch office and
improve the overall profitability of each of the departments of the new branch office
• to prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the Managing Director;
• candidate may also be transferred to reside in other regions of Tanzania as may
determined by the Company from time to time.

Package Details
1. Salary - Monthly Take-home salary of US $2,000 and monthly local currency salary of
Tzs 800,000.
2. Transport: company car with monthly fuel allowance.
3. Medical insurance for domiciliary treatment in Tanzania
4. Contract Period – 2 years
5. Additional package details applicable to expatriate candidates only
a) Company Accommodation with basic hard furnishings. Utilities like water, electricity,
telephone, security etc will be payable by the employee
b) Single Status for the first year. Family status thereafter.
c) Return air ticket for candidate + wife and children under 15 years
d) Leave Rotation – 2 months paid leave after completing cycle
