Mzumbe University invites applications from suitably qualified and competent Tanzanian applicants to fill the following vacant posts at the Main Campus and Campus Colleges as hereunder indicated: 

Records Management Assistant II (1 Post) – Mzumbe Main Campus

Qualifications and Experience
Holder of a Certificate in Records Management from a recognized institution

• Opening new files and indexing cards as directed by the Supervisor;
• Maintaining an up-to-date register of Office files;
• Filing correspondence into the appropriate files and cross references;
• Copying correspondence to relevant files and attaches them whenever deemed necessary;
• Giving file searchers numbers of files which are required for filing;
• Maintaining up-to-date file index books;
• Performing any other duties that may be assigned by superior.

Salary Scale: PGSS 2.4
