Administrative assistant


The position of administrative assistant consists of being responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure to effective and efficient operations.

·    Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
·    Attend meetings to record minutes
·    File and retrieve company documents, records and reports
·    Greet visitors and determine whether they should access specific individuals or locations
·    Make travel arrangements for executives
·    Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence including parcels, emails, faxes, letters
·    Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems and performing basic office book keeping work
·    Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents using word processing spreadsheet, database or presentation software
·    Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution

Qualifications and requirements
·    College degree in business administration or equivalent
·    Excellent written and oral skills in English
·    Ability to give full attention to what one is asked of in working environment and actively look for ways to solve and give feedback
·    Ability to adjust actions in relation to other’s actions and excellence in time management

Working conditions
·    Working hours are officially from 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs
·    As an employee, you will be treated as a professional which means you will be expected to complete 

your work on time and at the expected level of quality. If extra hours are needed to complete your work, you will be expected to put in those extra hours
