Projects Manager

Position: Projects Manager 
Reporting to: Head Of Projects

Main duties:
Prepare and manage project work schedules and plans from beginning to end.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones.
Liaise with relevant persons on technical matters relating to Cell sites.
Track and report on project milestones and deliverable to all stakeholders.
Ensure cell site database is maintained and updated with latest cell site information

Minimum Education level required:
Degree/Diploma: Electrical Engineering/Civil Engineering/ Project Management

Minimum work experience required:
Minimum commercial experience – 3 to 5 years
Minimum management experience – 5 to 10+ year
5 to10+ Years telecommunications experience,  Computer Literate (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Skills required:
Excellent computer literacy skills
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Swahili)
Must have excellent documentation skills
Mandatory skills and attributes – Technical, telecommunications network rollouts, site Build skills.
Strong understanding of a Telecoms Tower, Components and related technologies
Must have excellent analytical and technical skills – relating to HTT power systems
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated commitment to management and leadership development.
