POSITION OBJECTIVE
To provide readily support for the banks process innovation strategy, and translate business

To be responsible for enterprise application integration including defining the opportunities for integration, selecting the tools, specifying the shared data and code resources. BUSINESS SOLUTION OFFICER ( 1 POSITION)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance TPB systems.
 Make recommendations on custom applications which run on SQL, MYSQL, oracle and Sybase databases.
 Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes
 Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting of TPB existing systems, developed on JAVE, JAVE EE, PHP, and .NET
 Coordinate application development for multiple projects
 Assist in managing and outsource relationship for 3rd party application development and
programming consultants.
 Assist network administrator with application installation and testing.
 Troubleshoot technical issues and identify modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements
 Analyse data contained in the corporate database and identify data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems and implement solutions
 Provides assistance and advice to business users in the effective use of applications and
information technology
 Provide programming for some in -house IT projects
 Provide data base administration in live and test environments
 Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide etc.
 Produce technical documentation for new and existing applications
 Verify database and data integrity
 Participate in weekly meetings with the IT network team to discuss progress and issues to be resolved, and report progress on a weekly basis to the Chief Manager Business Solutions
 Participate on IT project steering committees and be involved in the design phase of any new IT software development projects.
 Creation of the system design and functional specifications for all new development projects
 Serve as a liaison and facilitator between all business units and assist in addressing and resolving IT software issues.
 To do any other job as may be assigned from time to time.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Education:
Bachelor degree/Advanced diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology and Telecommunication Science or Engineering from any recognized University or equivalent.

Experience:
 Should have a minimum of one year of technology experience with at least one year hands-on technical roles in systems design and developments
 Plausible knowledge of data processing, hardware platforms and enterprise software applications  Good background in Data Base design in Microsoft SQL and MSQL, ORACLE, and Sybase
 Proven knowledge and experience in JAVA EE, JAVA SE, PHP, Microsoft .NET and HTML
 Strong project management skills with effective results focus within an information systems environment

POSITION OBJECTIVE
To provide hands-on deployment and support expertise or all E-Banking Solutions to ensure total customer satisfaction. MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
1. Handle team in validating of all approved and disbursed loans and
management of daily administration and documentations to make full

2. Review loan documents and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure

3. Review daily system credit monitoring and management of standard
reports for management decisions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Review daily system credit monitoring and management reports:
 Validation of portfolios on loan disbursement on daily basis
 Administer Branch and Min Branches daily input data and reports
 Identify first payment defaulters proactively follow-up to ensure corrective action taken.
 Checking indemnity premiums movements
 Checking correctness of interest revenue movements in the system
 Checking employers code and other parameters if entered correctly in the core banking system.
 Checking of movement on recovery from charged off accounts
 Administer preparations of deduction and approval to and from respective
employers/Fund Institutions
 Management of Audit queries from Branches and compilation of management replies
to the Management
 Maintained corporate policies in the customer credit and initial collection cycles.
 Identify non performing accounts with irregularities and proactively follow-up to ensure corrective action taken in line with credit policy
 Assist the team involved in supporting the impairment calculation as well as
regulatory provision calculations
 Drive the data source and whole process for compiling financial instrument disclosures
 Perform forecasting process on micro and macro-economic factors in line with the
IFRS 9 buckets and its aligned risk classifications
 Generate, review and maintain daily loan disbursement reports for presentation to credit and other users, provide weekly and monthly reports on the same, in accordance to the credit policy & manual and report to Senior Management accordingly.
 Ensure compliance with the internal policy, credit approval terms and conditions
regulatory ratio / policies before approving any new loans request.
 Responsible for system collateral valuation, collateral monitoring and collateral reconciliation with original documents to ensure compliance of coverage ratio.
 Ensuring post disbursement compliance with approved terms and conditions,
assignment of rights, review expiry of credits, progress payment insurance.
 Administer reconciliation of all General ledger (G/L accounts) vs Subsidiary ledgers (SL) on daily basis:
 Interest rate
 Indemnity
 Portfolio Position
 All suspense accounts
 Facilitation to enhance service delivery
 Make sure officers have all the necessary documents and facilities for their daily activities e.g necessary manual, forms and stationary related to the banks’ loan portfolios
 To support TAT to Branch and Mini Branch officers and Head Office team for all
bank products, and updating TAT tracker on daily basis.


Education, Experience and Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Corporate Finance, Statistics, Economics
or any related field with three year experience in Business and Banking industry,
 Experience on Equinox/Rubicon or any other reputable core banking system also
may be added advantage.
 High level of integrity.
 Must be keen on details.
 Excellent communication and report writing skills.
 Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision.

To providing an independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of the internal control and risk management process in the bank.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
 To carry out audit field work for various activities of the organization such as Credit function, Operation and Financial activity and report on the findings and recommendations.  Extract and analyze data (i.e. deposit, loans and other assets/liabilities of all TPB branches/departments/divisions) for audit purpose.
 Carry out risk assessment procedures and execute value for money audit.
 To evaluate the adequacy of the internal controls system and the reliability of financial reports and management of data and information.
 To review systems procedures, policies, controls and guidelines and recommend improvements.
 To review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of financial data used in preparation of Bank financial statements.
 To ascertain the level of compliance with established policies, procedures and legal requirement such as Bank rules and regulations, IFRS, BOT Guidelines, Banks and Financial Institutions Act, and the bank’s strategic plan.
 To review and report on the compliance to the internal controls set by the bank.
 To evaluate risk assessments relating to each audit engagement and ensure that the audit work is effectively focused on areas assessed as high risk.
 To prepare audit work papers by documenting audit tests and findings and evaluating the sufficiency and appropriateness of audit evidence to support conclusion drawn.
 Preparing audit reports and recommendations to improve the efficiency in bank’s operations.
 Assist in undertaking audit and special investigation, inspection and surprise checks and give results there on.
 To perform any other duty as may be assigned by Director of internal audit or higher authorities.

EXPERIANCE AND KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED

Education:
Bachelor degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience: 
 Minimum of two years working experience in banking industry
 Experience in Equinox core banking system will be an added advantage
 Strong knowledge of Ms Office application, including word Processing and Excel,
Skills and attributes
 Excellent communication and report writing skills
 Team player
 Person of integrity and Honest
 Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision

POSITION OBJECTIVE 

1. To assist the Assistant Branch Manager and Credit/Relationship Officers in acquiring of profitable new customers for the loans segment through the acquisition, development and maintenance of high quality advisory relationships, that includes effective consultative personal selling and creative structuring of financial solutions.
2. To assist the Assistant Branch Manager and Credit/Relationship Officer in liaising with centralized employers for matters related to personal loans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 To record all inward and outward mails/loan application forms from employers, and dispatch loan application forms to employers for guarantees.
 To scrutinize loan applications and ensure that all pre-disbursement conditions are fulfilled before sent to superiors for approvals.
 To maintain borrowers’ files brought to Head office for approvals
 To maintain system database for all approved loans at branches, advise the respective branches via reliable approved means of communication and maintain records of the respective approvals for reference and audit trail.
 To assist the Assistant Branch Manager and Credit/Relationship officers in liaising with centralized employers for prompt follow up of due installment deductions from employers.
 To assist branches in follow up with employers for collection of cheques and establishment of reasons for non-repayment.
 To attend any other duties as may be assigned by your superiors Education: Holders of diploma in Economics/Commerce/Finance/ Business administration/ community Development or TIOB/CIB Associate ship Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
